In November 2021, Zoopla places the average property price for Wales at just over £210,000. So, despite the big rise in 2021, Wales is still affordable compared to Scotland (nearly £217,500) and England (almost £271,500).
If you’re looking to buy flats in Wales expect to pay an average of around £162,000. Roughly £150,000 is the current average for terraced housing, according to Zoopla estimates.

Named after the 6th-century monk, St Edeyrn, the development lies close to the Rhymney River and has good access to local amenities as well as the rest of Cardiff.

At 4th, Silvervale Park is located in the Trowbridge area of North East Cardiff. While close to local amenities, the development is also a short way off the A48(M), making it easy to get into central Cardiff or out towards Newport and the English border. Residents report that the development has plenty of space between its well-designed houses, alongside lots of green areas suitable for dogwalkers and children to play.
And lastly, while Edlogan Wharf has just the one review at the moment, the reviewer has given it a perfect score! This development is a collection of 3-4-bedroom homes located close to Monmouthshire and the Brecon Canal, north of the town of Cwmbran.
