All houses enjoy front and back gardens that are well landscaped, as are the communal green spaces and areas connecting the rest of the estate. Residents also note the generally ‘quiet, peaceful’ atmosphere, which is enlivened by a children’s playpark and various natural features including a balancing pond.
Our third spot goes to Manor Farm Fields and its 2-4-bedroom homes for sale in Mickleover. Derby’s city centre is just 5 miles away, which gives Manor Farm Fields an enviable mix of country living with city convenience. Homes here are nicely spaced out, but with very little space wasted, according to one enthusiastic reviewer. Various eco-features are also available across the different types of properties on offer.
Our fourth placed scheme in the top 5 list is Castleward, a development of new homes located right in the heart of Derby City Centre.
